1998 31’ Monaco McKenzie 31TRPL 5th Wheel
This 5th Wheel was damaged as a result of water damage. Not submerged. Named Insured left water running while flushing the tanks. The only visible damage at this time is carpet and pad. The carpet was removed immediately. No water damage to substructure. 5th wheel will require a complete detail inside and out and new carpet to return to pre-loss condition. This trailer is a triple slide with split bathroom in the upper bedroom. Tires are like new very minor scuffs to exterior. Tons of potential! Please remember you are bidding on damaged goods. The 5th wheel will be sold with a clean title. ACV (actual cash value) was settled at $19,500.00
