This RV has water damage to the interior cabinetsand wallboard. The Insurance company totaled the unit and request that it be sold. The title is clean and clear. The water damage is related to failed roof seams.  This unit appears to be in very good shape. Easy to fix or just a camp.

The boatis subject to prior sale even if reserve is met with out any liabilityto the seller.
All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing ormust be able to pay cash for the engines. Financing must be securedprior to bidding.Payment must be made by certified check or fundstransfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Remember that yourbid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this boat.Legalaction will betaken if high bidder does not follow through, andcomplete the transaction.
